Our annual meeting and elections for new board members is quickly approaching. We will be conducting our annual meeting on Sunday, December 8, 2024 at 4pm. The meeting and election will be held at Sugar Hill Church.
On the agenda:
We will be discussing relevant business and progress with each sport throughout the year. Immediately following that, we will enter into the election period. Please refer to the LAA bylaws for qualification requirements to be a nominee.
Remember the voting requirements: you must be a registered LAA member meaning you must have had at minimum 1 child enrolled and participate in at least 1 sport during the 2024 physical year. 1 vote per adult not to exceed 2 adult votes (if multiple registered children).
If you would like to add your name to the ballot as a nominee, please submit your name to [email protected] and copy [email protected]. All names must be submitted by 8 p.m. Thursday, December 5th.
